Paul Hamm President, been in the Plumbing, Heating and Air business in the Indianapolis area since 1966, Owner of Hession Plumbing and Heating and Indianapolis area consultant to American Residential Services. Mike Hamm Executive Vice President has been in the Plumbing, Heating and Air business in the Indianapolis area since 1986 with Hession Plumbing where he supervised the new home plumbing installations for both Hession and American Residential Services. Bob Cross Jr. Vice President has been in the Plumbing business in the Indianapolis area since 1984. Bob also shared supervisory duties with Mike at Hession Plumbing and has been an important part of the formation Hamm & Sons, Inc. Bob Cross Sr. Production Supervisor has been in the plumbing business in the Indianapolis area since 1967. Bob has been the production supervisor for Hession Plumbing, American Residential Services and R. T. Moore plumbing companies and we feel very fortunate to have him as our Production Supervisor. Dave Rogers Service Manager has been in the plumbing business in the Indianapolis area since 1974 and has an extensive background in Public Relations as well as practical experience in the Plumbing construction industry.
